Hyatt Guests Can Now Book and Manage Reservations Via Mobile Phones
CHICAGO (May 15, 2009) – Hyatt Hotels & Resorts today announced the launch of its mobile Web site, providing guests with the ability to locate and book a hotel, view or cancel reservations, and check in or out through any mobile device. The new mobile site can be accessed on any Web-enabled mobile phone, automatically redirected from Hyatt’s homepage at www.hyatt.com.
Hyatt guests can now visit the mobile site to take advantage of the following features and more:
- Find and book a hotel by location
- Hyatt special offers
- View or cancel a reservation
- Web check in and check out
- Access Hyatt’s Yatt’it travel tips by country
Hyatt’s mobile site provides special features for its Gold Passport members, including joining Gold Passport, logging in and out, viewing account details and reservation, and receiving Gold Passport exclusive offers. The mobile site gives customers full access to all Hyatt hotel and resort locations in all countries.
Users can also access and preview the mobile site from any desktop or PC by visiting www.hyatt2go.com. Hyatt’s mobile site is powered by Usablenet, a mobile partner for leading brands including American Airlines, Amtrak, Limited Brands, Nissan and Pfizer.
